Hello loves! For the second installment of the What I Bought Last Week series, I’m sharing a weird and random mix of products, including snack and some home goodies!
Trader Joe’s Grapefruit & Lemon Hand Sanitizer Spray – My sister put me on to this one! I hate gel hand sanitizer because I feel like it leaves a sticky residue, so when I tried my sister’s TJ spray and I was residue-free, I was converted. Picked up a couple extra bottles this week–one to leave at the office, and another for my work bag! Found it available on Amazon, but def cheaper at Trader Joe’s if you have one near you!
Tatcha The Serum Stick Treatment & Touch Up Balm – Mainly just interested in a purse-friendly moisturizer for days when I feel extra dry, or when I feel like I wiped my face and removed my skincare. You just kind of swipe it on and tap it in! uper highly rated on Sephora.
Trader Joe’s Movie Theater Popcorn – Ok, so I’m obviously not going to share every single grocery item I buy, but I had to shine a light on this recent favorite. Like the movie theater popcorn we all know and (maybe love), but with no weird chemicals or artificial ingredients. Literally just popcorn, sunflower/safflower oil, clarified butter, and sea salt. Found it on Walmart Marketplace and Amazon for over retail, but it’s $1.99/bag in store at Trader Joe’s.
Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Castile Bar Soap – I hit the bottom of my bottle of my body wash and in an effort to reduce the amount of single use plastics I buy, picked up this bar soap from Dr. Bronner’s! It’s a liiittle bit drying, so be sure to follow up with a moisturizer. Other than that, I’m super happy with this purchase and highly recommend this if you’re looking for a plastic-free option!
Soap Lift Seaside Soap Dish – Just wanted something to keep my aforementioned bar soap dry in the shower and this looked like a good option. It’s made from eco-friendly bioplastic, which seemed like a better alternative to a regular plastic soap dish! Rinses out easily, and keeps bar soap from getting gooey and gross.
Comfy Clothiers Cashmere Comb & Sweater Shaver – I can’t stand how pilling looks on clothes, but don’t have the patience to use a razor on my clothes to remove the pills. I tried an electric fabric shaver a couple years ago and only used it once because I shaved a hole in one of my favorite sweaters. 🙁 Tried this cashmere comb set over the weekend and while it works to remove the pilling, I still managed to snag one of my sweaters. T_T Will hang onto this for now to see if I can make it work!
